End User License Agreement
This EULA governs your use of software products purchased from RatHound.
License grant
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on computers you own or control, for both personal and commercial music production.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share the plugin or your license key. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code except where permitted by law.
Ownership
All intellectual property in the plugins, including DSP, presets, samples, and artwork, remains the property of RatHound.
Warranty & liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
