Which platforms and formats are supported?
Every plugin ships as native AU and VST3 for both macOS and Windows. RatDrum also includes a Standalone app. AAX (Pro Tools) is not currently supported.
How is my plugin delivered?
Instantly. The moment your payment clears, you'll see download links for both Mac and Windows on the confirmation page, and we email you the same links. There's no license key and nothing to activate — just install and go.
Do I need an account or a license key?
Neither. To re-download later, use the link in your purchase email (or bookmark the confirmation page). Lost it? Email us from your purchase address — see the Downloads page.
What are the system requirements?
macOS 11+ (Intel or Apple Silicon) or Windows 10/11 (64-bit), and any AU/VST3-compatible DAW such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Reaper, or Cubase.
Will I get updates?
Yes — updates are free for the plugins you own. Re-download the latest installer from the customer portal whenever a new version ships.
What is your refund policy?
Because plugins are digital downloads, refunds are handled case-by-case. See the Refunds page for details, or email us if something isn't working.
